For anyone performing strength training the use of supplements gives a shortcut to all the macronutritional needs. There are also supplements on the market that promise diverse benefits to the user, with some of those products delivering while others fall short or must be used in a proper manner. Thus having a clear understanding of supplements is a great boon for the strength trainer.
